   DP Sewer and water solution are very professional and are very detailed. I had a quote from another company(Roto rooter) and it was upsetting.  I called DP sewer and water solutions. Keeping in mind that I reside in Fayetteville and they came from the Gwinnett area. Saved me money and did excellent work. I will be recommending this company to anyone in my area.

   DP Sewer and Water Solutions has been an absolute lifesaver during our kitchen remodel. They've expertly installed multiple faucets, fixtures, and appliances, handling every challenge with professionalism and skill.

What impressed me most was their willingness to go above and beyond, calling a European brand that required careful integration with our existing (read old!) plumbing system. The communication and problem-solving involved was extensive, and they handled it flawlessly, making sure that when the appliances arrived they were ready. Daniel has even been helping us troubleshoot an unrelated plumbing issue in another part of the house.

The quality of work is impeccable - clean, precise, and professional. But what really sets DP Sewer apart is the exceptional customer service. Daniel explained options clearly and patiently, making complex plumbing decisions easy to understand for someone like me (very limited plumbing knowledge). They always clean up after themselves and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

The flexibility and creativity have been remarkable. From adapting a filter to work with a fixture I preferred, to installing an electric faucet before we had kitchen electricity (then returning to complete the hookup later), to installing everything from a dishwasher and steam oven to an ice maker and multiple refrigerators - nothing has been too complicated or inconvenient.

Perhaps most telling: when I changed my mind on fixture colors less than 24 hours before installation, they remained kind, understanding, and accommodating.

   I had an emergency sewer backup and DP Sewer & Water Solutions came out right away. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced.
Not only did they address the immediate backup issue, but during the process they discovered that my home’s water pressure was dangerously high. They took the time to explain what that meant and how it could have caused serious damage to my water heater and plumbing lines if left unchecked. They then properly reduced the pressure on the spot to protect my system and prevent future problems.
What really stood out was that they didn’t just fix the obvious issue and leave, they looked at the whole system, explained everything clearly, and focused on preventing bigger (and more expensive) problems down the road. That level of care and attention is rare.
If you’re dealing with a plumbing emergency or want a company that actually knows what they’re doing and looks out for your home, I highly recommend DP Sewer & Water Solutions. I’ll absolutely be using them again.

   I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough! When my downstairs toilet started overflowing, I was stressed and unsure of what to do.  Daniel consistently updated his eta and arrived, diagnosed the issue as a main line stoppage likely caused by roots, and snaked the line. He advised that it would be a temporary solution, and advised me of what needed to be done moving forward. Sure enough, within a couple of weeks the toilet completely backed up when I was doing laundry. Daniel showed up bright and early the next morning to save the day! He not only unplugged the stoppage but explained the financing options to completely remediate the problem. He got me scheduled as soon as he could. Daniel went above and beyond by running a camera to identify the ROOT cause of the problem. ;)

When it turned out that the sewer line needed to be replaced, he handled everything with professionalism and expertise. He broke up the driveway, replaced the sewer line, and even repaved the driveway, leaving everything in perfect condition. His attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to solving the problem completely were truly impressive.

Throughout the entire process, Daniel was courteous, respectful of my property, and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of his work is outstanding, and I feel confident that the issue has been resolved for good. If not, Daniel gave a warranty for the work that was done.    I had them install a tankless hot water heater and it was a journey because they also had to troubleshoot how the builder had put in the wrong size pipes and we weren't getting enough gas to supply the burner. They ran new pipes and even saved me money by realizing they could use the vent tube from the old hot water heater to run a new line from the attic down to my garage. Great guys to work with. They stuck with it and now my kids take too long of showers, but that's not his fault! Haha

   Daniel was awesome!  I thought I needed a bolt changed and ended up needing to replace the entire toilet.  He explained every possible issue with the leak and it made more sense to just replace the toilet. He worked quickly. Including the time to go get another toilet it took less than two hours.    What can I say… Daniel knows his work. He is very professional and I appreciate his approachable demeanor. His work is very clean. He came in clutch on a house I’m flipping in Duluth and ran into some trouble in. He communicated well, and made it a very comfortable experience overall even though it took me 45 min to recover my VENMO account. Sorry about that again man. Lol. He was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue.  20 year old house, we moved in 6 years ago and our kitchen sink has never drained this good before.    I called them on Tuesday morning after finding out my line from the water meter to my home had sprung a leak, Daniel came right over, found where the leak was located underground and walked me through everything they would have to do, came out this morning and completely the repair. Very professional and knowledgeable and takes his craft seriously!

   I had a sewage ejection pump that needed repair. After paying for two other plumbers to solve the problem, I called DP Sewer & Water Solutions based on a neighbors recommendation.  Daniel and Jesus came out quickly and solved the problem the most cost effective way. Other plumbers wanted to sell parts and services I didn't need. I appreciate Daniel's integrity, and professionalism.

They installed 3 sinks for me and fix other plumbing things I needed in order to open up my spa. They handled all the permits which by the way is a job and headache on it own!    It took a while for me to submit this review, but only because the holidays and other life circumstances intervened. I could not be more pleased with the services I received from DP Sewer and Water Solutions! 

In December I went on Thumbtack to see if I could finally address several long standing issues (for which the issue wasn't clear) that I'd put off for fear of contracting with the wrong company and ending up with either shoddy workmanship, or an exorbitant bill not in line with the services rendered. 

I was pretty hesitant about picking someone but I was so lucky to find Daniel! Not only was the work he did top quality, but he also took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, how he was doing it, and why. I loved that his focus was on troubleshooting and fixing the root causes, rather than just putting on band-aids. He diagnosed my issues, fixed the water pressure to my home, replaced a bathroom faucet, changed out two faulty shower cartridges, and unblocked and replaced two shower heads.

I was so impressed with his workmanship and his work ethic (responsive, professional, courteous) that I contracted with him again in January to correct additional plumbing issues that I'd been putting off (replacement of two additional bathroom faucets and a bathroom tub cartridge) and also to install a new touch sensor kitchen faucet. I would definitely recommend this company and certainly plan to work with them again if the need arises.

   Daniel and his team are the real deal. We have used this company several times and each time it was a last minute plumbing issue. They came out within short notice and were very professional. We had what turned out to be a major leak in our main line and his team was able to find and diagnose the issue immediately. What I liked about this company is that they take the time to educate you on the issue that you’re having, its potential causes and prevention.    My water bill had gone Sky High. From $50 a month to $150. I didn't know what the problem was so I called DP Sewer and Water Solutions to come out and figure out the issue. Daniel found the problem in no time he was very helpful and even took the time to show me how to spot a water leak. Found out the hose pump in the guest bathroom toilet was over flowing and worn out.    This has been my go to plumber ever since my fiance and I bought our house in Roswell, GA. Not only is he great at what he does, he is affordable, responsive and very professional; he also lives up to his word 100% of the time. I rarely leave reviews, but if you have any plumbing needs around the Atlanta metro area, I cannot recommend DP enough.    Wow! I'm very impressed. Daniel did an amazing job fixing my plumbing problem. He was very nice, extremely professional and he knew exactly what he was doing. There was a guy that came to install my kitchen sink before him and he messed up my water pump really bad. So Daniel came and fixed the water pump for an excellent price and all of the mess that the other guy created. He stayed there until it was completely fixed and he wouldn't leave until he got the job done and on top of that, he didn't charge me anything extra and he even cleaned up the mess that the other guy made in my garage with no charge.    GAH Techs are very professional and responsible. I had the pleasure of dealing with one of their senior plumbers who was very efficient. Daniel came out the first day, within 1 hour of me posting the ad. We had a clogged drain which was causing flooding in the kitchen. He showed up at 945PM on a Monday evening and although he wasn’t able to complete the job the first day, he made sure we were able to at least use the sink. On day 2 he finished the job as promised and we are back to having a brand new sink! He was very knowledgeable and educated us on the  do’s and don’ts of plumbing and how to ensure that we wont be calling him again. Overall, we were very impressed with his service.
